How to avoid Acne in adolescence?

Almost everyone experiences acne in his/her life, especially in adolescence. I searched further, consulted the doctors and books and dug the facts for you.
Many people believe that eating chocolates, french fries and other high fat foods can lead to acne or make it worse but the reality is that such food does not cause acne. dermatologists say, but eating a healthy and balanced food is very important for having a great looking skin.
More than 80% of the boys and girls in this age experience acne.
There is a thought that diet and lifestyle cause acne but it is not true. Exceptions may be there but food is not the main cause. In case you think like this then try keeping aside the diet.
Change in diet may affect your skin to good and help in avoid acne.
To avoid acne you should eat vitamin ‘A’ and ‘C’ rich foods. These are mostly found in brightly colored fruits and dark green vegetables.
Citrus fruits, berries, melons, broccoli, cabbage are rich in vitamin ‘C’. You can also include B6 in your diet.
Vitamin B6 is mostly found in meat, fish, poultry, whole grains, beans, avocados etc.
Vitamin B6 regulates hormone and help in reducing acne on your face.
Zinc is one of the most important mineral which is considered helpful in skin health.
Zinc promotes healthy hormone levels and help in removing acne.
Red meat, poultry, milk and whole grains are very rich sources of Zinc.
In case you are suffering from acne, do not try to avoid them by taking vitamins and other minerals yourself, it may worson the condition.
Consult a good doctor and seek his guidance.
To avoid acne don’t take high doses.
Studies show that high doses of B6 and B12 may aggravate the condition and you may face more acne on your face. High doses can really worsen and you may be in difficulty.
High doses of vitamin ‘A’ may result in dry skin and hair loss.
What you take and eat must be in your doctor’s knowledge.
A balanced combination of vitamins and minerals may help avoid acne.
Good nutrition is the first line of defense.
Keep your face covered in scorching sun and avoid dust and dirt.
